CAN YOU HELP ME FOR FREE?
Unfortunately I cannot help people for free on this web site; I do provide free therapy via the charity I work with when I can, and I have no free sessions available at this time.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M UNABLE TO PAY?
If you contact me before the session we may be able to find a way to continue. If you miss the session you will not be able to continue until you have paid for the missed session first in full. Some clients have just one session a month. It can also be possible to shorten the time of a session or lengthen the time between sessions etc. You will need to give 24 hours’ notice to cancel the session, if you wish your payment to be returned. People can find that money can become an issue through no fault of their own. I won’t chase you; you can just wait until you’re able to continue in your own time, however long that might be.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE CONNECTION, OR THE QUALITY OF THE CONNECTION IS TOO BAD TO CONTINUE?
In such a case extra free time would be added on to the session, or if that isn’t possible, then the session is ended with no cost to you.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE?
Normally we just continue until what is left of the allotted time is up. In some cases extra time is just added on to the end if it is just a matter of a few minutes or so.

CAN I USE CHAT AND NOT VOICE OR VIDEO?
How I usually work with chat on Skype is by letting you use the chat to talk about you and your problem, while I answer you with voice, so I can see the words you type but I respond to you by talking to you.  You can mute your voice or unplug your microphone.

 

I AM UNDER 18, CAN YOU HELP ME?
No, because I would need the permission of your parent or guardian before I could continue.

 

WHY ARE THERE NO TESTIMONIALS ON THIS SITE FROM CLIENTS?
Any client providing a testimonial for me to help gain more clients can be seen as a conflict of interest. A therapist may unknowingly and wrongly influence the client to help them and the client is then helping the therapist. Confidentiality may also be put at risk when the therapist is asked provide contact details to prove that the testimonials are genuine to a government advertising standards authority or prospective clients.

HOW CAN I HELP YOU?

There are many ways I am able to help you, but I have given some examples below.

STRESS & ANXIETY

Replace anxious thoughts and stress with calmness, and confidence. Counselling and Hypnotherapy for anxiety will help you to feel in control again.

ADDICTION

Counselling and Hypnotherapy can help with sugar addiction, binge drinking, gambling, impulse shopping, and nail-biting. Make healthy choices again.

CONFIDENCE

Do you have feelings of not being good enough? Are you neglecting your own needs? Deeper therapy and/or hypnosis can help you to accept yourself.

Clients discover that quit smoking hypnosis changes their feelings and responses regarding smoking fundamentally.

INSOMNIA

Better sleep with hypnosis. Relax, unwind, get the good quality sleep you need to be healthy, and fully functioning during the day.

PHOBIAS

Hypnosis is an effective way to overcome fears and phobias, like fear of flying, dogs, spiders, enclosed spaces, injections and more.
